Our work consists of personalised, digital deliverables and reserved production time. We\u2019re a lean, subscription-based creative service you can cancel month-to-month \u2014 not a \u201cpay-if-you-like-it\u201d model.<\/p>\r\n          <p>We produce according to your brief, feedback and revision rounds. While we aim for satisfaction, we do not guarantee specific marketing outcomes (growth, engagement, leads).<\/p>\r\n          <p><strong>Free trial alignment:<\/strong> If you are on the 30-day free trial (see <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yalpro.com\/es\/terms-conditions\/#en-t3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">T&amp;Cs<\/a>) and cancel <em>before<\/em> it ends, no charge is made. Once billing starts after the trial, payments follow this non-refund policy.<\/p>\r\n        <\/section>\r\n\r\n        <section id=\"en-r2\">\r\n          <h2>Deliverables<\/h2>\r\n          <p>If you\u2019re unhappy with a deliverable, we\u2019ll make reasonable revisions within scope; we do not issue refunds. Once a deliverable is approved, it\u2019s considered final and no further revisions apply.<\/p>\r\n        <\/section>\r\n\r\n        <section id=\"en-r3\">\r\n          <h2>Cancellation<\/h2>\r\n          <p>Cancel anytime from <em>My Account \u2192 Subscriptions \u2192 Manage<\/em>. We don\u2019t offer pro-rata refunds for early cancellation. If a renewal is charged because cancellation wasn\u2019t completed in time, we can\u2019t refund it as production typically begins ahead of each cycle.<\/p>\r\n        <\/section>\r\n\r\n        <section id=\"en-r4\">\r\n          <h2>Renewal<\/h2>\r\n          <p>All plans renew monthly and are billed automatically. After a renewal is processed, fees are not refundable, and you\u2019ll receive the work allocated for that period.<\/p>\r\n        <\/section>\r\n\r\n        <section id=\"en-r5\">\r\n          <h2>Results &amp; Platform Limits (Meta)<\/h2>\r\n          <p>Content is one part of the growth puzzle. Distribution and engagement on platforms such as <strong>Meta<\/strong> (Facebook\/Instagram) are governed by platform algorithms and policies outside our control. Organic reach fluctuates; paid ads may extend reach but <em>no specific results are guaranteed<\/em>.<\/p>\r\n          <ul>\r\n            <li>Compliance: Content must comply with platform rules; removals or restrictions by platforms do not create refund eligibility.<\/li>\r\n            <li>Best-effort: We apply best practices to improve performance within platform limits and your brief\/budget.<\/li>\r\n          <\/ul>\r\n        <\/section>\r\n\r\n        <section id=\"en-r6\">\r\n          <h2>Onboarding &amp; Sign-Up<\/h2>\r\n          <ul>\r\n            <li>Not completing the onboarding form doesn\u2019t qualify for a refund. At our discretion, we may convert your payment into credits for other services.<\/li>\r\n            <li>Production often starts immediately after onboarding. Refund requests right after form completion aren\u2019t eligible; depending on timing, we may convert to credits.<\/li>\r\n          <\/ul>\r\n        <\/section>\r\n\r\n        <section id=\"en-r7\">\r\n          <h2>Technical Issues (Scheduling\/Posting)<\/h2>\r\n          <ul>\r\n            <li>Scheduling\/posting is a complimentary value-add. No refunds for issues with posting tools; we\u2019ll help troubleshoot.<\/li>\r\n            <li>Problems connecting social accounts don\u2019t qualify for refunds. If unresolved, you can download assets and post manually.<\/li>\r\n            <li>We can\u2019t publish until at least one account is connected. Disabled accounts or removed posts (e.g., policy-sensitive industries) are outside our control.<\/li>\r\n            <li>You pay for creative deliverables, not the act of posting. Failure to post does not create refund eligibility.<\/li>\r\n            <li>You are responsible for monitoring connections and publication status. If posts fail due to disconnects, we\u2019ll re-queue once fixed (or you may post manually).<\/li>\r\n          <\/ul>\r\n        <\/section>\r\n\r\n        <section id=\"en-r8\">\r\n          <h2>Mistakes<\/h2>\r\n          <p>We operate a \u201czero-errors\u201d mindset with multiple QA steps, but mistakes can occur. Please review\/approve carefully. We don\u2019t refund for typos, incorrect details, or timing issues; we will correct and, if needed, replace a post.<\/p>\r\n        <\/section>\r\n\r\n        <section id=\"en-r9\">\r\n          <h2>Delays<\/h2>\r\n          <ul>\r\n            <li>No refunds for delays caused by the Client.<\/li>\r\n            <li>If a delay is on Yalpro\u2019s side, we may extend timelines or adjust the upcoming billing date to compensate.<\/li>\r\n            <li>Client-side delays don\u2019t shift billing dates and aren\u2019t refundable.<\/li>\r\n            <li>If <strong>25 days<\/strong> pass after sign-up without an onboarding form, we may proceed using our own research; revisions may be limited.<\/li>\r\n            <li>If feedback\/approval isn\u2019t received before the next cycle, we\u2019ll begin the following month\u2019s content so you still receive what you paid for. After <strong>30 days<\/strong> from sending for approval, revision requests for that batch close.<\/li>\r\n          <\/ul>\r\n        <\/section>\r\n\r\n        <section id=\"en-r10\">\r\n          <h2>Resellers<\/h2>\r\n          <p>If your end client doesn\u2019t pay you, that doesn\u2019t create a refund right with us for services already rendered.<\/p>\r\n        <\/section>\r\n\r\n        <section id=\"en-r11\">\r\n          <h2>Card Disputes &amp; Chargebacks<\/h2>\r\n          <p>You agree not to dispute charges for matters covered by our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yalpro.com\/es\/terms-conditions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">T\u00e9rminos y condiciones<\/a> and this policy. While a dispute is investigated, we may pause work, restrict access to assets, and suspend scheduling.<\/p>\r\n          <p>If your bank resolves a dispute in your favour contrary to these terms, we may invoice to recover the amount and related fees. Unpaid invoices may be referred to collections under applicable law.<\/p>\r\n        <\/section>\r\n\r\n        <section id=\"en-r12\">\r\n          <h2>Harassment, Blackmail &amp; Threats<\/h2>\r\n          <p>Attempts to circumvent this policy via threats (e.g., negative reviews or disputes to obtain a refund) are not tolerated. Platforms may remove abusive reviews per their rules. Somos un servicio creativo por suscripci\u00f3n que puedes cancelar mes a mes, no un modelo \u201csi te gusta pagas\u201d.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Trabajamos seg\u00fan tu brief, tus comentarios y rondas de revisi\u00f3n. Aunque buscamos tu satisfacci\u00f3n, no garantizamos resultados de marketing concretos (crecimiento, engagement, leads).<\/p>\r\n          <p><strong>Alineaci\u00f3n con prueba gratuita:<\/strong> Si est\u00e1s en los 30 d\u00edas de prueba (ver <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yalpro.com\/es\/terms-conditions\/#es-t3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">T\u00e9rminos<\/a>) y cancelas <em>antes<\/em> de que termine, no se realiza cargo. No hay reembolsos prorrateados por cancelaciones anticipadas. Si se cobra una renovaci\u00f3n por no cancelar a tiempo, no podremos reembolsarla, ya que la producci\u00f3n suele iniciarse con antelaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\r\n        <\/section>\r\n\r\n        <section id=\"es-r4\">\r\n          <h2>Renovaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\r\n          <p>Todos los planes se renuevan mensualmente con cargo autom\u00e1tico. A nuestra discreci\u00f3n, podemos convertir el pago en cr\u00e9ditos.<\/li>\r\n            <li>La producci\u00f3n suele comenzar tras el onboarding. Solicitudes justo despu\u00e9s no son elegibles; seg\u00fan el momento, podemos convertir en cr\u00e9ditos.<\/li>\r\n          <\/ul>\r\n        <\/section>\r\n\r\n        <section id=\"es-r7\">\r\n          <h2>Cuestiones t\u00e9cnicas (Programaci\u00f3n\/Publicaci\u00f3n)<\/h2>\r\n          <ul>\r\n            <li>La programaci\u00f3n\/publicaci\u00f3n es un valor a\u00f1adido gratuito. No hay reembolsos por incidencias con estas herramientas; te ayudaremos a resolverlas.<\/li>\r\n            <li>Los problemas para conectar cuentas sociales no dan derecho a reembolso. Si no se resuelven, puedes descargar y publicar el contenido manualmente.<\/li>\r\n            <li>No podemos publicar hasta que haya al menos una cuenta conectada. Cuentas deshabilitadas o posts retirados (sectores sensibles) est\u00e1n fuera de nuestro control.<\/li>\r\n            <li>Pagas por entregables creativos, no por el acto de publicar. La imposibilidad de publicar no genera derecho a reembolso.<\/li>\r\n            <li>Eres responsable de revisar conexiones y estado de publicaci\u00f3n. Si fallan por desconexi\u00f3n, reprogramaremos cuando se solucione (o puedes publicar manualmente).<\/li>\r\n          <\/ul>\r\n        <\/section>\r\n\r\n        <section id=\"es-r8\">\r\n          <h2>Errores<\/h2>\r\n          <p>Aplicamos QA en varias fases, pero puede haber errores. Revisa y aprueba con atenci\u00f3n. No reembolsamos por erratas, datos incorrectos o problemas de timing; corregiremos y, si hace falta, crearemos un reemplazo.<\/p>\r\n        <\/section>\r\n\r\n        <section id=\"es-r9\">\r\n          <h2>Retrasos<\/h2>\r\n          <ul>\r\n            <li>No hay reembolso por retrasos causados por el Cliente.<\/li>\r\n            <li>Si el retraso es de Yalpro, podremos ampliar plazos o ajustar la pr\u00f3xima fecha de facturaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\r\n            <li>Los retrasos del Cliente no mueven la facturaci\u00f3n ni generan reembolsos.<\/li>\r\n            <li>Si pasan <strong>25 d\u00edas<\/strong> sin formulario, podremos avanzar con investigaci\u00f3n propia; las revisiones podr\u00e1n limitarse.<\/li>\r\n            <li>Si no recibimos feedback antes del siguiente ciclo, empezaremos el contenido del mes siguiente. Tras <strong>30 d\u00edas<\/strong> desde el env\u00edo para aprobaci\u00f3n, se cierran nuevas revisiones de ese lote.<\/li>\r\n          <\/ul>\r\n        <\/section>\r\n\r\n        <section id=\"es-r10\">\r\n          <h2>Revendedores<\/h2>\r\n          <p>Si tu cliente final no te paga, ello no genera un derecho de reembolso con nosotros por servicios ya prestados.<\/p>\r\n        <\/section>\r\n\r\n        <section id=\"es-r11\">\r\n          <h2>Disputas y Contracargos<\/h2>\r\n          <p>Aceptas no disputar cargos por asuntos cubiertos por nuestros <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yalpro.com\/es\/terms-conditions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">T\u00e9rminos<\/a> y esta pol\u00edtica. Mientras se investiga una disputa, podremos pausar el trabajo, restringir acceso a activos y suspender la programaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\r\n          <p>Si tu banco resuelve a tu favor contra lo previsto, podremos facturar para recuperar el importe y las comisiones. Facturas impagadas podr\u00e1n derivarse a cobro seg\u00fan la ley aplicable.<\/p>\r\n        <\/section>\r\n\r\n        <section id=\"es-r12\">\r\n          <h2>Acoso, Chantaje y Amenazas<\/h2>\r\n          <p>No toleramos intentos de forzar reembolsos mediante amenazas (rese\u00f1as negativas o disputas). Las plataformas pueden retirar rese\u00f1as abusivas.
